As yesterday was World Oceans Day, it seemed the perfect day to get back into the water after the long #Lockdown here in #Tenerife

PADI Course Director Kim, Master Instructor Pete, #Divemaster Aidan and #DMT Marta spent the morning checking our House Reef and in particular the extensive Grass area that has grown exponentially in the last few months.

Overall we are happy with the condition of our Reef, but as was expected, the intrusion of plastic gloves and masks was evident.

As we are the only #PADI #Dive Centre, located at the beautiful #Abades #Bay , we have carried out many many Dives Against Debris and Beach Cleans ups over the years and it shows, as we have many other Dive Centers from all over the Island who spend hours travelling to visit, what we have on our doorstep.

We will be open and fully operational soon and will return to maintaining the dive site to its very high standards so everyone can enjoy our amazing aquatic world.

In the meantime it was great to get the Team back doing what they love… #diving
